Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Implementor.
Key Responsibilities
- Own functional tasks and deliverables, including requirements gathering, process definition, testing, training, and continuous improvement of business applications
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, interpreting business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Perform hands-on configuration of Salesforce solutions, including flows, external integration, and business process automation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience creating flows and managing custom objects
- Knowledge of designing and implementing business processes in Sales/Marketing
- Experience working directly with end users and business partners in both US and International settings
- Background in SaaS companies is an advantage
