Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Implementor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own functional tasks and deliverables, including requirements gathering, process definition, testing, training, and continuous improvement of business applications
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, interpreting business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Perform hands-on configuration of Salesforce solutions, including flows, external integration, and business process automation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience creating flows and managing custom objects
• Knowledge of designing and implementing business processes in Sales/Marketing
• Experience working directly with end users and business partners in both US and International settings
• Background in SaaS companies is an advantage
