Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global channel sales strategy aligned to growth targets
- Manage global partner relationships and oversee partner performance
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of strategic partners
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of sales/channel sales experience, preferably in AECO, SaaS, or enterprise software
- 8+ years of global people management experience
- Expertise in global distributor management and indirect channel sales
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong business acumen, including forecasting and budgeting
