Key Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare information for presentations and meetings for executive staff
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars, resolving overlapping commitments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and special events
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role at the senior or executive level
- Experience with project and budget management
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle, Selectica, or cloud-based performance assessment tools
- Experience supporting a large, rapidly expanding global sales organization
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
