Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve PaaS application system errors
- Provide technical product support to customers and internal staff
- Document problem resolutions and produce incident reports
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of APIs and application communication
- Strong interest in software engineering with a willingness to learn
- Experience in SQL query writing
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
