Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Azure VM, Azure AKS, Networking, or Windows
- Proven advanced technical troubleshooting skills across multiple technology areas
- Strong understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
