Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer-Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate requirements, proposing design and technical solutions for customer issues
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support and development teams to diagnose and resolve customer incidents
- Mentor and coach junior developers and Service Desk staff on technical guidelines and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development or equivalent experience
- Post-secondary education in computer science, software development, or a related field
- Experience with software application development, unit and functional testing, and building complex systems
- Familiarity with HL7 (V2, FHIR), Hibernate, Spring, REST web services, and Git is an asset
- Experience with databases such as Postgres
