Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and firmware deployment support for appliances

Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in IS or IT
- In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model
- Understanding of network infrastructure routing and switching concepts
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and in fast-paced environments
