Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to leaders and employees while improving the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars and travel needs of leaders, handling meeting requests
- Support leadership in preparing for All Team meetings and team offsites, including logistics and content management
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on cross-team support and manage sensitive information for high-priority projects
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, particularly for senior leadership
- High level of professionalism in internal and external interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps
- Willingness to travel on average once per quarter for in-person events
