Finance Escheatment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Escheatment/Unclaimed Property Delivery Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee General Accounting processes, including escheatment and reconciliations
• Collaborate with the offsite Print and Dispatch team to ensure due diligence letters are sent to clients' customers
• Manage direct reports and assist in troubleshooting issues and escalations within the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting roles
• Ability to update and maintain client inventory systems with detailed notes
• Knowledge of state filing requirements and documentation processes
• Experience in leading training and reviewing current procedures for automation opportunities
• Familiarity with reconciliations and Positive Pay processes
