Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reconciliations of revenue and cash receipts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Develop and maintain revenue models to support financial forecasts and strategic planning
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue performance and cash flow statements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Finance or a related field, with at least 1 year in a healthcare or healthtech organization
• Strong understanding of financial principles and financial modeling techniques
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passion for helping individuals with complex chronic needs
