Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls per day using an automatic dialer
• Work with low-income individuals, the elderly, and veterans
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% and leave voicemails as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of sales experience required; Medicare experience is a plus
• Empathetic and committed to long-term growth with the company
• Primarily outbound experience preferred, though some inbound call experience is acceptable
• Ability to thrive in a high-sales, performance-driven environment
