Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst-Deal Desk & Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ for pipeline and order visibility
- Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve the lead-to-cash workflow
- Provide operational support to sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure an efficient quote-to-cash process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk Operations, or Order Management Operations within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong knowledge of SaaS lead-to-cash processes, including quoting and order fulfillment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
