Franchise Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Franchise Development Manager (Remote US Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory management strategy and recruitment plan for franchise opportunities
• Manage the franchisee approval process, ensuring timely advancement of candidates
• Collaborate with various teams to align on strategies and support throughout the development process

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in franchise development or sales environment
• Preferred 5+ years' experience in the franchise industry, particularly in restaurant franchise sales
• Preferred multi-brand experience with legacy and growth concepts
• Strong understanding of financial and contractual components of franchise agreements
