A company is looking for a French Reservation & Ticketing Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist English and French passengers with bookings and inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Create and modify bookings, and issue tickets and EMDs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from social media
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer assistance within the airline industry
- Knowledge of airline regulations and pricing models
- Familiarity with Amadeus and Sabre systems
- Fluency in English and French is preferred
