Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager - Commercial HVAC/R Midwest Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional HVAC/R business
• Monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and job quality
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration industry
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices
• Proven success managing P&L responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
• EPA certification or HVAC/R license is a plus
