Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portfolio Associate to support project operations under the Development and Special Initiatives Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and ensure project activities align with agreements, budgets, and timelines
- Assist in financial management, including budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and processing payments
- Support procurement, travel logistics, and grant management activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in operations, project management, or administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word or Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to work during New York working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT, Monday through Friday)
