Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead global compensation policies to attract and retain employees
- Manage employee benefits policies and agreements with providers
- Conduct external competitiveness studies and propose compensation improvements
Required Qualifications
- University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Labor Relations)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the tech sector is a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of HR management software, such as Personio, is desirable
