A company is looking for a Vice President Global Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation programs and oversee employee benefits management
- Partner with HR analytics teams to assess program effectiveness and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles focused on total rewards management in a global organization
- Experience leading and managing small to midsize teams
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles across multiple geographies
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) are a plus
