Government Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Government Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain government case numbers for FHA and VA loans
• Order Certificates of Eligibility (COEs) for VA loans and manage conditions pipeline for FHA and VA
• Handle appraisal transfers and ensure compliance with HUD/VA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 5+ years of prior mortgage employment history
• Mortgage experience preferred
• Government processing or insuring experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
