Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via Slack, email, and video calls for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including account creation and device setup for new hires
- Coordinate equipment orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of necessary tools
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of helpdesk experience, ideally supporting teams of 200-2,000 people
- Experience with onboarding processes and ensuring new hires are tech-ready
- Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues across hardware, software, and SaaS tools
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating across multiple channels
- Some automation and coding experience (Powershell, Bash, Python) is a plus
