A company is looking for an Inside Account Executive responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships within reseller account teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales goals through exceptional customer service for resellers and manage the quote to order sales life cycle
- Cultivate strong relationships with reseller partners and act as the primary point of contact
- Maintain sales records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with customer KPI requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Pipeline Management and CRM programs
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
