Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales - Team Lead (SDR-BDR) to join their team in a player-coach capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound and outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and drive pipeline generation
- Coach and mentor SDR and BDR team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Monitor SDR/BDR metrics and KPIs, creating and sharing performance reports with leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and conversational intelligence platforms (Gong or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance and pipeline analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior team lead/management experience is desired but not required
