A company is looking for a Sales Leader Training & Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the training and development of Business Development Leadership staff
- Design and oversee training programs for newly hired and tenured business development leaders
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ongoing leadership training strategies and programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Five (5+) years' experience in Home Health and/or Hospice practice or clinical education training
- Ten (10) years' experience in training/coaching
- Five (5+) years in content writing and development
- Two (2) years' experience leading projects, programs, or teams
