A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager BT Change Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive IT change communication strategy
- Lead change communications management activities and apply structured methodologies
- Develop high-quality materials to simplify complex IT processes and support adoption of changes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications
- 8+ years of experience with collaboration tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Smartsheet)
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or change management
- Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
