Key Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact support for internal customers in the North America region
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware procurement while ensuring reliable service
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and automate operational tasks using scripting technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Experience with MDM solutions and identity management systems
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and managing Local Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell for automation tasks
