Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT/software services
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, and email automation
- Deep understanding of CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and track KPIs
- Fluent English at B2+/C1 level, both written and spoken
