Job Summary
A company is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to assist educators in planning for a secure retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators regarding retirement and life insurance solutions
- Develop trust-based relationships and educate clients on various financial products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses - required
- Active Life License - required
- High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college or equivalent business experience preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service role with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working independently in a fast-paced environment
