Job Summary
A company is looking for a TeleAdvice Support team member for Virtual Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support to customers via phone, video, SMS, or chat
- Obtain pet histories and provide recommendations based on established protocols
- Manage medical records and perform administrative duties when not interacting with customers
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, with ER and GP experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Experience with triage or remote work preferred
- Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work EST and reside in specific states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, or TX
