Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate digital marketing touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
- Design and run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation
- Coordinate closely with Product Management and marketing teams to align messaging with user journeys
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing in a SaaS or digital-first environment
- Proven track record of creating and optimizing email campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies
- Strong technical execution skills using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring lifecycle performance
