Litigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols
• Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation
• Prepare demand documents and verify balances, while coordinating with law firms

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and/or commercial collections
• Must have Salesforce expertise
• Demonstrate an understanding of urgency in maximizing recoveries
• Good computer skills with strong customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities
