Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Assets Manager to oversee collection activities and manage accounts in Bad Debt.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for accounts in Bad Debt until settled
• Establish and maintain relationships with attorneys for collection efforts
• Provide updates on collection status and forecasted recoveries to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or collections, preferably in Ag lending
• NACM Designation is considered an asset
• Experience in managing staff and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel as needed
