Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership and other departments to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
