A company is looking for a Migrations Account Executive to manage customer relationships and drive renewal retention and migration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to achieving annual renewal bookings and migration target quotas
- Acts as the primary contact for perpetual customer accounts regarding renewals and migrations
- Handles add-on and upsell opportunities related to renewals and migrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a software or technology company
- Experience with SaaS and CRM/ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to work outside normal office hours during peak times
