Key Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a high-volume call center environment
- Utilize an advanced telephony system to handle inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Document all communications accurately and track customer interactions to resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
- Ability to participate in a mandatory training program without time off
