Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Member Advocate- Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing member questions and resolving issues
  • Verify enrollment and assist with post-enrollment activities for new clients
  • Cross-sell additional products and provide information on plan benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Must hold a resident state health insurance license or be able to obtain one
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and customer focus
