A company is looking for a Licensed Member Advocate- Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing member questions and resolving issues
- Verify enrollment and assist with post-enrollment activities for new clients
- Cross-sell additional products and provide information on plan benefits
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a resident state health insurance license or be able to obtain one
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and customer focus
