Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate, Member Contact Center (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning travel
• Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel, and financial products
• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment and meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Must obtain a Motor Club License within 60 days of hire and pass a background screening
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
• Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
