Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Sales Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in technical qualification and requirements gathering while demonstrating relevant capabilities
- Drive and advise customers on pilot implementation, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
- Work with account executives on presentation customization, RFP responses, and opportunity planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineer or equivalent pre-sales technical role
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud-native technologies
- Prior experience with monitoring or observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, DataDog)
- Experience at a SaaS or Open Source vendor
- A passion for building relationships and driving sales success
