A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to health benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist with selecting benefit plans
  • Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work during normal business hours with potential for overtime
