A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to health benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care and assist with selecting benefit plans
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work during normal business hours with potential for overtime
