Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing, Credit and Collections, and Cash Application team, establishing and monitoring collection goals
• Manage day-to-day operations, providing guidance and resolving issues for the team
• Streamline processes and improve credit and collections related processes and controls

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Accounting
• Experience in managing accounts receivable and cash application processes
• Strong leadership experience with an analytical mindset
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
