Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors
- Ensure accurate payroll information and compliance with deadlines
- Assist HR with new hire paperwork and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Experience in handling wage garnishments and payroll-related inquiries
- Ability to work with accounting to reconcile payroll transactions
- Experience in managing personal time off (PTO) records
