A company is looking for a People Services Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR systems implementation and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
- Identify and launch new processes for HR system enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems and create analytics dashboards for internal partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Acquisition systems
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of compliance and organizational policies
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience in HR data analytics and reporting solutions
