Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Program Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate performance improvement efforts across the assigned region or service line
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to promote performance improvement principles
- Develop and maintain performance improvement metrics and provide regular progress reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 3 years of healthcare experience in management or performance/process improvement
- Clinical experience and/or healthcare leadership with Lean and/or Six Sigma training preferred
- Advanced Lean Certification upon hire preferred
- Expertise with Microsoft Office and statistical software for analysis
