Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Program Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate performance improvement efforts across the assigned region or service line
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to promote performance improvement principles
  • Develop and maintain performance improvement metrics and provide regular progress reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of healthcare experience in management or performance/process improvement
  • Clinical experience and/or healthcare leadership with Lean and/or Six Sigma training preferred
  • Advanced Lean Certification upon hire preferred
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and statistical software for analysis
