Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy and business operations, communications, change management, or program management
- 12+ years of experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships within cross-functional teams
- 10+ years of experience in preparing and presenting to senior executives
- Strong presence and interpersonal skills for influencing and persuading diverse audiences
- Acute business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
