Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director (Process and Improvement).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and execute process transformation opportunities
- Facilitate workshops for process mapping, root cause analysis, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or High school diploma with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives
- Experience in financial services, particularly in retirement plan services, is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification is preferred
