Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director (Process and Improvement).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and execute process transformation opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops for process mapping, root cause analysis, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or High school diploma with 10+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in retirement plan services, is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification is preferred
