Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company
- Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation
- 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
