Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for the successful delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and manages individual account budgets and revenue expectations with full P&L responsibility
- Serves as the primary liaison with clients to ensure overall satisfaction and service delivery
- Engages in strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a relevant Healthcare field
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
- 8+ years of account management experience, preferably with Federal Government agencies or in the Commercial Healthcare market
- 5+ years of project management experience required
- 2+ years of Medicare and Medicaid experience required
