Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Support Specialist who provides administrative and operational support for federal programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, including scheduling and documentation
- Manage and track issuance and return of government assets
- Facilitate badge requests and access provisioning in accordance with government security protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience in a federal government or federal contracting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience handling government-furnished equipment and asset management systems
- Familiarity with federal onboarding processes and security clearances
