Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Strategy and Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate BPO strategy and production effectiveness to support organizational growth
• Develop and implement workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and QC measures for efficient credit processing
• Maintain compliance with energy finance processing regulations and enhance credit policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management, or related field with 5-7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in financial services
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in driving end-to-end enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead change
