Quote Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quote Specialist to support its global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales representatives to create and review accurate quotes, ensuring proper product configuration
• Coordinate day-to-day deal flow and streamline cross-functional reviews to remove blockers
• Provide ongoing training and support for sales on quoting processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and support processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ tools is a plus
• Able to interpret data to improve sales efficiency and performance
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a field-facing role
