Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Performance Manager (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engagement, tracking, and retention of designated RCM Service customers
- Accountable for RCM performance and customer satisfaction, driving value of RCM services
- Create and present RCM monthly performance reports and lead customer performance meetings
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of medical billing experience
- 2 years of customer service/account management experience
- In-depth understanding of insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Experience with data analysis and actionable decision-making
